How much does a Xin franchise cost?
Indicatively ₹25–30 lakh for a Xin Go and ₹35–60 lakh for a Xin Den, plus a one-time founding partner fee, property and about two months of working capital. Every site is costed before you commit.
Do I run the restaurant?
No. Xin is FOCO — franchise owned, company operated. You bring the site and capital; Xin runs the kitchen, people and marketing. You keep the operating profit after Xin’s fee.
