Xin is our attempt to rebuild the great disappearing rooms — the London coffee houses that birthed the Royal Society, the Kolkata Coffee House where Bengal’s renaissance sat, the Bombay Irani cafes where a hundred first novels were written, the Bangalore Koshy’s where writers argued until 11pm. Priced out, wi-fi’d over, delivered around. Now built back — a safe haven for the hungry-minded, over vegetable-forward bowls and 100% organic teas, from an open kitchen.
